Responsibilities:
- Lead market expansion in Italy by developing and executing growth strategies;
- Establish and manage relationships with casino operators, aggregators, and partners;
- Drive revenue and increase market share through performance tracking and data insights;
- Collaborate with compliance, staying up to date with regulatory requirements;
- Support client success by working with AM and product teams to ensure game adoption and localized marketing;
- Provide market insights to guide product development and adapt to Italian player preferences;
- Assist with local marketing strategies, including affiliates and influencers;
- Monitor competitors and deliver regular reports on trends and opportunities.

- We are seeking an experienced Business Development professional to spearhead growth in the Italian iGaming market, forge key partnerships, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive revenue through strategic, data-driven initiatives.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English (C1) and native-level Italian
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the iGaming industry
- Strong knowledge of the Italian iGaming market, including regulations, key operators, and player trends
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strategic mindset with the ability to drive market expansion
- Strong understanding of data analysis, performance optimization, and competitive benchmarking
- Ability to work cross-functionally with compliance, marketing, and product teams
- Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced remote work environment
